1. About These Terms
These terms govern your use of the NeuralOps website (neuralops.au) and any AI automation services provided by NeuralOps. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
NeuralOps provides AI automation services including but not limited to: AI chatbot development, AI agent deployment, RAG knowledge base implementation, workflow automation, self-hosted AI server setup, managed AI hosting and AI training workshops. Specific service terms, deliverables and pricing are agreed in individual project proposals.
3. Discovery Calls and Proposals
Free discovery calls are provided without obligation. Proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a proposal constitutes agreement to the project scope, timeline and pricing contained within it.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Managed hosting plans are billed monthly in advance.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the AI systems, configurations and custom code developed specifically for their project. NeuralOps retains ownership of general frameworks, tools and methodologies used across client projects. Open-source software components are subject to their respective licences.
6. Data and Privacy
NeuralOps handles personal and business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Specific data handling arrangements for AI systems are agreed in individual service agreements.
7. Limitation of Liability
NeuralOps provides AI systems on an "as deployed" basis. While we build systems to be reliable and accurate, AI outputs should be reviewed by qualified humans before being relied upon for critical business decisions. NeuralOps is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs without human review.
8. Managed Hosting Terms
Managed hosting services are provided on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. NeuralOps will provide reasonable assistance with migration upon termination.
9. Warranty and Support
NeuralOps warrants that services will be delivered in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Post-launch support terms are specified in individual project proposals. Managed hosting includes ongoing support as described in the hosting plan.
10. Changes to Terms
NeuralOps may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
